Keyring & Id Card

The membership key-ring is a die-cast medallion symbolizing what we stand for. Includes a laminated membership card with your membership details and access to future ALL TARFFIC™ facilities.

 

Ten Sessions

Ten Outdoor training sessions. Each session is approx 1 hour long including warm-up / warm-down and stretching. Each session is based on the common health & fitness goals of the group you are training in. ie Body fat loss, cardio, flexibility & core strength improvements.

 

Twenty Sessions

Twenty Outdoor group personal training sessions. Each session is approx 1 hour long including warm-up/warm-down and stretching. Each session is based on the common health & fitness goals of the group you are training in. ie Body fat loss, cardio, flexibility & core strength improvements.

 

Health Screening

The health screening module includes the following:
• Health History
• Lifestyle assessment (attitude to food)
• Medical clearance sheet (if necessary)

 

Nutrition Advice

General tips and hints on the fundamentals of good nutrition and eating habits both for everyday life and guidelines for exercise

 

Nutrition Advice Plus

Nutrition programs designed specifically for you based on your health & fitness goal sheet. Includes tracking of the program to adjust as your fitness improves

 

Fitness Assessment

Fitness Re-Testing after 10th and 20th training session to establish your fitness improvements, then record and compare graphically against previous assessment.

 

 

Fitness Assessment Plus

The Plus module also includes the following:

• Cardiovascular (cardio) fitness test (VO2max)
• Blood pressure test
• Body fat% test
• Waist/Hip Ratio
• Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Flexibility
• Upper/Lower Body Strength

 

Email Update

A weekly session update is sent to your email address for your convenience. This includes information such as sessions completed, monies paid and is a good running tally of your progress to-date.

 

Power Cards

Laminated exercise programs are provided for your convenience on all 10S, 20S, Premium, Group10 and Group20 packages.

 

Postural Assessment

Assessment of your muscular/skeletal alignment.

 

DNA Testing

 

Massage
