OverviewThe 20B basic training pack is a simple, no fuss pack of (20x) 1 on 1 personal training sessions for the budget conscious individual with more commitment to their health & fitness over an extended period of time. The 20B represents more value for money over the 10B (lower cost per session) by recognising that you are more determined and need more support and motivation to meet your longer term health and fitness goals. Basic fitness assessment tracking is provided here to keep you on target
