OverviewThe 10S standard training pack consists of (10x) 1 on 1 personal training sessions for the individual wanting motivation on all levels of health, fitness and nutrition to succeed with their short term health and fitness goals. This pack features full fitness, nutrition and goal assessments prior to your first session to enable your program to be constructed based on your bodies existing strengths, weaknesses and the health and fitness goals you set. At the end of your 10S pack you will be assessed again to document your improvements
The 10S also features a laminated exercise program to follow on days other than those days with your trainer to maximise the success of your goal. You will be provided with a nutrition program and tracking support to help motivate you to success. A complimentary subscription to “Better Health” magazine completes your package providing you with a wealth of information relating to health, fitness and wellbeing programs, products and services.Who suits 10S
