OverviewThe 20S standard training pack consists of 20x 1 on 1 personal training sessions for the individual with a view to commit to their long term health & fitness goal. You are someone wanting power packed motivation on all levels of health, fitness and nutrition to succeed with your goals.
The 20S represents more value for money over the 10S (cost per session) by recognising that you are more determined and need support and motivation for your long term goal.
The 20S also features a laminated exercise program to follow on days other than those days with your trainer to maximise the success of your goal. You will be provided with a nutrition program and tracking support to help motivate you to success. A complimentary subscription to “Better Health” magazine completes your package providing you with a wealth of information relating to health, fitness and wellbeing programs, products and services.Who suits the 20S
